We are perfect for life's celebrations such as: anniversary parties, birthday parties, showers, engagement parties, intimate (under 50 people) weddings, receptions, office parties and business meetings. If you can celebrate it, we can get you in the spirit!

The winery can comfortably seat approximately 50 people on our covered, three-season back deck and 75 throughout the entire winery. For larger parties, we recommend renting out the Estate Ground/Pool area (weather permitting) that can hold up to 100.

The Winery is open year-round, however during Harvest season (September-November), we have very limited availablity.

Venue rental fees start at $750 and can range up to $5,000 depending on the type of event, length of event, number of guests, time of year, and options you choose. A 50% non-refundable deposit is requested at the time of agreement.

The base rental fee inludes use of the space for three hours, nine 6-foot tables with burgundy or black tablecloths, sound system, still and sparkling water, and sufficient staffing. The winery space includes a tasting room, mezzanine, 3-season covered deck, and patio with fire pit. The estate and pool grounds include use of the pool and immediate surrounding grounds with outdoor furniture. The vineyard is available on a limited basis.

Food, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages (other than water) are not included in the rental fee. Additional staffing, tours, serve-ware, utensils, and incidentals are also not included.

Maple Springs wine selections are the only wines served; minimum quantities apply based on the size of your group. Maple Springs Vineyard can provide Pennsylvania made beer, coffee, soda, and juice for an additional fee.

Pennsylvania law requires that all food be prepared and plated by a license caterer or licensed food establishment. No home-cooked food or re-plating of catered food is permitted by the host or winery staff. Maple Springs Vineyard can recommend caterers that we have worked with in the past. If your caterer has not worked at Maple Springs Vineyard previously, we ask that a site visit be conducted prior to signing an agreement.

Our professionally designed warming kitchen is available for caterers. Your caterer should provide prep equipment, serve-ware, dinnerware, silverware and napkins.

The Winery has a rustic, modern atomosphere that is appropriate for all occasions. You may add decorations but certain limitations apply. Please ask a Maple Springs team member for more information.

Both the winery/deck and estate grounds/pool area have a surround sound system that can be accessed for live entertainment, a DJ, or a playlist prepared by Maple Springs Vineyard. Live entertainment and DJs are required to have a music license.

We highly recommend hiring a wedding planner/coordinator who will work with you to orchestrate the details of your special occasion. Our Venue Representative is available to address any site concerns and act as the liaison between your vendors and Maple Springs Vineyard. We are happy to refer wedding planners upon request.

All customers must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Maple Springs Winery, LLC as the certificate holder. The Certificate of Insurance may be obtained through your homeowners policy. Additional information and coverage can be found at ww.wedsafe.com.
