NEW LEAF WINES
The New Leaf collection was added to the Maple Springs family of wines in early 2020. Our winemaker, Jef Stebben, has a history of making incredible varietal blends. His talent is now showcased to our Club Members and Restaurant partners. With Jef's previous 23 years in the California and Washington wine industry, he has the knowledge and connections to source the best fruit from top growers in those regions. We brought the grapes to our winery, and the magic began.
New Leaf introduces new varietals to our portfolio for all to enjoy. Our custom designed, state-of-the-art production winery has both the capacity and flexibility to build these wines to perfection. It's a gift to know what grapes to blend in what proportions to make the most complex, expressive and balanced wine, a gift we enjoy sharing with you.

New Leaf American White

New Leaf American White was sourced in 2019 from some of the finest vineyards in California. The aromatics in this spectacular blend flirt with its tantalizing variety of stone fruit and subtle spice. Playing on the palate, minerality and balanced acidity fill your mouth with joy. New Leaf American White can stand on its own, but also pairs wonderfully with seafood and spicy dishes. Enjoy with friends.
New Leaf American Rosé

Sourced in 2019 from Horse Heaven Hills AVA, Washington, this unique Rosé shows the delicate expression of this amazing region. Bright and racy, this gorgeous Rosé displays the softer side of Cabernet Sauvignon and lets the elements of Petite Sirah's dark fruit shine through. Nothing is better than a well-chilled dynamic Rosé on a warm summer day.

Sourced from Horse Heaven Hills AVA in Washington state in 2019. This blend is a nod to lovers of food who enjoy an approachable, inky purple, and deeply rich wine. Built with drive and intensity, it is a lovely merging of Petite Sirah with three classic Bordeaux grapes. Our New Leaf Red Blend is a beautifully balanced yet bold wine, with lusccious dark fruit, supple tanniin, and an amazing ability to compliment a wide range of food. A Bordelais blend, with a Washington twist, produced in Pennsylvania makes this an International treasure. Indulge in New Leaf Red!
